I am surprised that people haven't yet realised they can buy what boots sell elsewhere at a much lower price.
If you have a Quality Save, Wilkinson's or even some Pound Shops near you try them first as even when boots have a three for the price of two, or BOGOF offers on you are STILL paying more than you would do elsewhere.
E-bay is also very good for perfume and cosmetics (and sun cream!!!), you can even buy cheaper than wholsale price on occasion.
I do like their lunch/sandwich offers, they are good value in comparison - especially at the airport!
Not even the points can persuade me to become a regular shopper at Boots.

I like the points card and the offers (especially the 3 for 2 deals on mens stuff) as it saves money.

When I first got to the UK, I thought Boots sold shoes!!!! But it's like our Clicks here. I'd say it's convenient.

I've worked there at Christmas - it's ok if you want to earn a few bob. From a customer's view, the prices are too high, & the quality poor.

boots are looked upon as being a household name the shops are well laid out and staff are always helpful

Its convenient BUT for over the counter remedies i think that superdrug is a lot cheaper!!

They outsourced most of their IT dept to bangalore.
that says everything I need to know about their corporate image
And they sell homeopathic 'remedies'
which tells me everything I need to know, about how much they care for their customers health
