Did you check the in line valve going to waching machine? Is it open? If so could be a glitch in the sensor, call the manufacturer.

Water does not pump into the machine - it pumps out, so not the pump.
The water inlet valve may have a problem, or the tap, or the water supply.
Start with water supply and work backwards.
If its not that, the other thing you could suspect is electronics - nasty things that have a mind of their own. Try unplugging the machine from the mains for half an hour, then plug it back in and see if it works then.
Good Luck

first of all find out if the water is coming through the pipes, pull the washing machine out, maybe they have got kinked, if the water is coming in then it must be the pump that sends the water into the drum

I know a few people like that "the lights come on but nothing else happens"..
Is your water supply turned off for any reason, perhaps in the street for repairs?

I agree if it out of guarantee purchase a clean one you will locate that interior the long-term you may save money 'cos restoration it now it ought to cost very almost as lots and something else will pass incorrect quickly etc. Sorry i do no longer basically like the disposable society the two yet that's what we've.

Are the water tube things at the back kinked as this can stop water passing through them.
