Click Safari → Reset Safari

Resetting Safari clears the history, empties the cache, clears the downloads window, and removes all cookies. It also removes any saved user names and passwords or other AutoFill data and clears Google search entries.

Before you delete each and every cookie just to get rid of "Yahoo history", I'm curious why you say "Yahoo history". Is that history that is related to some search or other use of Yahoo services? That would be stored in a Yahoo cookie, not in general browser history. Try deleting the cookie called "rds.yahoo.com".
