Does black and brown go together?

for example: brown boots with black crop trousers?

The boots are light brown

It should look ok if you mean a sort of tan colour. Think animal prints-if you have a scarf or bag in brown/black print it will pull the whole outfit together, or a camel coloured coat or sweater. I think those sort of things look nice. :)

Yeah definately, black goes with pretty much nethin sweety. Oooh, brown boots they sound nice,I love boots, could do wiv a new pair. Are they High boots, and are you tall? I'm only 5"2 and if I wear crop trousers my boots have to be quite high, otherwise I look short and dumpy!

With a top that has brown, black, cream included, yes, it could work. Or like someone else said, cream top with a multi-colored scarf to tie it all together.

I like black and brown together. It's really an individual choice. If you like it together, that's all that matters.

black and brown go well together and can look really smart.

However, because they are both dark colours, i would always break it up a bit with something coloured such as a scarf or jewellery.

I like adding red or pinks or turquoise.
cream, brown and black are good too.

why not, as long as i think brown is not too deep, it looks ok with black.
