It depends on where you are.
If you are in an ocean at that depth it will be pretty cool but will vary on the ocean.
If you are underground then the temperature will vary with your location. The continental plates vary in thickness around the globe and in some areas the soil temperature is rapidly 40+ degrees (which causes problems for mining) while in others you would be surrounded by cool, dense rock.

That depends on which part of earth are you in. -50m temperature in Alaska will be quite different than -50m temperature in Florida

If you're in an ocean, which one?
If it's a hole, what is the location and the water content of the soil? Is there bedrock?
If it's a depression in the Earth's surface then, again, location please?
