Last week my best mates estranged wife accused me of trying it on with her on the night that led to their break up.
We'd all been out at Chester races for the day so alcohol played it's part.
I am marrying one of her best friends in December, so it has caused tension between all four of us.
Obviously I didn't try anything with her, she is so bitter about the breakdown of her marriage that she has gone a bit 'funny' to say the least. For this reason my mate and my future wife believe me rather then her, but it's still a bit of a situation as I now don't want her at my wedding.

I have been, from time to time, accused of not being honest. Which infuriates me as I am very direct and very honest. My personality type belongs to a very small percentage of the population. Meyers/Briggs INTJ. One of our hall marks is "If you don't want to hear the truth, do not ask an INTJ." It may not be the truth but it will be the truth as I see it, if you follow.
We also are not pretentious. We do not put on airs and we are usually quite reserved in showing our feelings, which is another thing I have been accused unjustly of doing, and that is not caring. Which could not be further from the truth, we care very, very deeply, we just don't show it the way other types do, but you can bet that the feelings are there and that they run quite deep.
Good question.
Feel free to e-mail me through the server if you would like more elaboration, I love research and this sounds like a sociology or psychology project.
Peace.

Cheating. Althought my past relationship, my partner accused me of cheating with an old friend. the friend was in the process of moving in with a girl at the time, and although we were good friends, we rarely saw each other cos he was all loved up and busy. Despite this, my ex would tell me he knew i was sleeping with this guy. My arguemetn was a) when wouldi have time? b) if that's the case, why are you with me?
It hurt me to the core, it strained my friendship with my friend and ultimately was a factor in the breakdown of my relationship with my partner
i also wondered if it was transference - was he cheating and projecting his guilt onto me?

i have a very good friend at work, and she has recently become divorcesd. i was cited at the hearing as the main cause. i was accused of sending mail (text and post), of sleeping with her and of plotting to move to ireland with her. in fact we hardley ever saw each other outside of work, and when in work we talked openly about everything, and i am in a very happy 5 year relationship! needless to say the judge told my friends now ex husband where to go and find a better excuse

Making abusive phone calls and sending abusive e-mails and letters.
I didn't even know the person's address or telephone number. Mind you, the person in question was completely f**king delusional and a total t*sser.
