is it a good university or just average? any student here of this university? how can I know about their fees because its not given in their website?

Beware of this school. The important thing about a college or university is the institution's accreditation. Schools with respected degrees have regional accreditation. The University of Northern Virginia DOES NOT have the proper accreditation, so credits from this school would not be transferable to other schools and the degree earned from this school would not be respected. Just a warning.
