which is the most practical cell phone, which will not break my bank? Nokia would be great but I don't MMS, 3G - need just a simple, uptodate fone that I can listen to music, text msgs. take fotos; and nothing too pricey - am I such a cheapskate !!

nokia 3230 is d best option here but d sound quality isn't so good (earphones helps alot though).good camera and functions as well.

i recommend a samsung d500. best phone ever. have has upgrades but still use this one! you can get one for about £60 second hand.
