I've heard hundreds...
I heard 10 years ago that there were computers that tapped into all phone/e-mail conversations that can detect preprogrammed keywords, and if certain words were said, every aspect of your life would be bugged/tapped for the rest of your life.
i thought that was strange back then.
The government puts drugs in our water, to control our minds, prevent pregnancy, etc. to control the economy.
I think the latest one that is a little bit out there is the one where our Government is trying to create a one world government, militarize our police, legalize the invasion of our privacy, and further limit our lives through fear, all while convincing us it is in our best interest and safety.. The more i hear about it, the more i tend to think its true.

The oddest and most ridiculously bizarre theory I heard was that UFO's where tracked heading for new york on 911 so the Government remote-controlled hijacked and crashed the planes into the twin towers as a distraction.
This was on a Japanese website and they had video footage of something moving incredibly quicly across the new york skyline as the second plane was heading for the towers. I think it was a fly or a bee close to the camera and out of focus.
