Look in wikipedia:
In medicine, pregnancy is defined as beginning when the developing embryo becomes implanted into the endometrial lining of a woman's uterus. In some cases where complications may have arisen, the fertilized egg might implant itself in the fallopian tubes or the cervix, causing an ectopic pregnancy. Most pregnant women do not have any specific signs or symptoms of implantation, although it is not uncommon to experience light bleeding at implantation. Some women will also experience cramping during their first trimester. This is usually of no concern unless there is spotting or bleeding as well. The outer layers of the embryo grow and form a placenta, for the purpose of receiving essential nutrients through the uterine wall, or endometrium. The umbilical cord in a newborn child consists of the remnants of the connection to the placenta. The developing embryo undergoes tremendous growth and changes during the process of embryonic and fetal development. Morning sickness afflicts about seventy percent of all pregnant women, typically only in the first trimester.

The best thing I can say is take a home pregnancy test and if it comes back negative and you still think you may be pregnant - then set up an appointment with your doctor to determine if you are or not. There are really no set of symptoms that all women have and if you have some of the symtoms it doesn't always mean you're pregnant. The doctor is the best way to go.

English is not this persons first language, so don't knock her for it. She is trying to ask a question, why ridicule her?
I think she is asking "do your breasts get bigger in the first month of pregnancy?" This I cannot answer, cause I'm a bloke. The second part seems like she is having normal periods. If this is the case I don't think she is pregnant. Best thing is go and see a doctor.

It is very hard to figure out what you're talking about.
In the early stages of pregnancy, your breast may or may not get a little bigger....mine didn't with my daughter, they did with my son....they may be sensitive....not with my daughter, did with my son (for one day)....once they got bigger with my daughter, they hurt a lot.
Other symptoms of pregnancy can include, throwing up and being extremely tired....some women get constipated....I had the opposite problem with my daughter.
Some women pee a lot and some get a headache....I had a headache with both babies.
To be honest I had no real symptoms with either one....I woke up with a headache and sore breasts the day I found out I was pregnant with my son. I only took the test because I wanted my migraine medicine and we were trying and I wanted to be sure.
I felt NOTHING with my daughter and only took the test because I was scheduled for surgery with an infertility doctor and my period wasn't showing up.
Not sure what normal periods has to do with anything
PS...you may want to use spell check!

I've read you can have symptoms as early as 8 days after conception. BUT I think my breasts hurt before I got off the ship!!! So it had to be like 5. Then I started getting tired and sleepy. At 4 weeks I started getting puky.

If you post a legible question you are more apt to get a better and accurate response.
Perhaps you can restate your question?
Use check spell also will help.
good luck
