2000's new style sensitive man with unmanly ways? I'm a liberated man, and I appreciate an empowered woman but the ideology will never get the best of better men. I'll ride again

Fair enough. Women and men are far too different to be equal, but as long as we respect each other, it's okay.

You'll never think you're superior? But (she) will never be your equal? (THAT'S what makes you a real man?) If she's not your equal, and your not superior (or, are you saying you'll just never THINK it?) then logic follows that she must be YOUR superior. Think about it.
For arguments sake I will assume that you meant that you are superior (I'm sure this is what you believe.) As far as that making you a real man, you obviously have no idea what makes someone a REAL man, if that's your only criteria. I've found that men who have no idea of what a "real" man is must assume these kinds of macho b.s. attitudes to make up for what they are lacking. REAL men know women are equals, and don't see that as a threat to their manhood, like you obviously do. They base their manliness on their competence, inner strength, and ability to give and receive love unconditionally. YOU are only willing to love if the woman is willing to accept your machismo b.s. And because of that, you will never have a strong woman, witch is probably for the best, since you couldn't handle one.
And BTW, you state that you will "always" treat "ladies" (ugh!) with respect and fairness, which is fundamentally impossible to do if you see an individual or group as unequal, that group/individual is never "treated fairly," one only has to look at history to know this. You need to find better reasons to prove your manhood to yourself than your imagined superiority over others, because, I assure you, it's all in your head!

Why do you think you will be a real man and not accept women as your equal? A real man will always see their significant other as an equal. A real man will understand that any relationship is a 2 way street not one sided.A real man would never use a line like that to pick up women. In fact a real man would never pick up women but walk up and strike an honest conversation with them. ( I am not trying to offend anyone, but just giving my thoughts on the question posted).

That's okay. I don't want to be your equal. "Real men" are not threatened by a woman's greatness. If that's who you are, Yayyy for you, and women you hang with!!

Now I would like you to read these excerpts from one of my favourite books. :-)

A secure man is not threatened by a woman's intellectual or emotional power but celebrates the opportunity for joyful partnership that it offers him.

Any man who attempts to hold a woman back is not a man a woman can afford to be with. A woman has a mighty and sacred task to perform on earth. She will not be able to fulfill her function if she remains with a man who derides her glory.

What kind of man can handle our passion, and what kind of man can ascend to the throne next to a woman who owns her own crown? A princess attracts a prince, and a queen attracts a king. Women who whine attract men who whine. Women full of the lioness heart attract men who are full of the lion.

No, how do you justify believing that women are not equal to you? that is a very bias statement. I have to pray for you, you are about to get slammed and bashed and I am sorry, but you deserve it after this statement. God bless

Sure, we may never be your equal - but in many ways, you will never be ours. In some ways, women will always be superior to men because they will never be able to do all that we do. So, unless you can accept that - then it will never be right between you and any girl you are with. Good luck and peace.
