how to access county employee email?

i work for the county (san diego that is) and i was wondering if anyone knows of a way to access my work email from home??? the sdcounty.ca.gov email???

Call your IT dept. We just got an email from our IT dept (I work for county govt too--another state) w/ directions on how to do that. My question is WHY? I deleted that email--I won't start working at home--on MY time unless they're paying me for it.
