I havn't but as a general rule I am not keen on any "wonderpill" type diet.
I have found that the best way to lose weight is careful diet (healthy choices) portion control and exercise. I have lost 56lb in the last 15 weeks doing this.
Any diet plan that uses replacement foods is OK while you're on it but the real trick on maintaining loss is to adjust your eating habits to real foods, not special shakes or soups etc.

Yes I have! Before I started the plan I was overweight low energy and high blood pressure. I lost 35 pounds during the holidays gained tons of energy and I lowered my blood pressure and threw my blood pressure medication away. I did this two years ago and I have maintained it. The program is extremely healthy and the customer support is great. I will leave you some information sites. I wish you the best.

Always have vegetables on palm. Saute a big bag involving frozen mixed vegetables in essential olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or perhaps turmeric for additional flavor along with separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

i used them a few years ago the thing is that they just bloat out your stomach which makes you less hungry but the results are just short term as you have to start eating normally at some point its better to join a group where you will get support and good dietary advice you will also meet people like yourself and how about a walking group i lost loads of weight just by walking more

Distracted dining could possibly get you in trouble. Avoid eating in front of a television or in a movie theatre, as you're bound to use up more calories.
