FYI - your question should read "Does liquid Nitrogen ever heat up".

The answer is YES - it is almost impossible for liquid Nitrogen to exist except under extreme pressure or extreme cold... Liquid Nitrogen will start turning into a gas as soon as it's exposed to normal earth temperatures/pressures. So it's almost instant...

Your answer is yes.
Pressure and temperature are factors to take into consideration when considering the reaction of a gas. The bigger the temperature and pressure differences of the gas/liquid changing point the quicker the change will take place.

Nitrogen will freeze and solidify at -210 º C

Boiling point is -196 º C so any warner and it'll turn into a gas

Anywhere in between and it will remain liquid.

yes, under the right pressure.
Nitrogen condenses at 77 K at atmospheric pressure and freezes at 63 K.

hope that helped :)
