you end the relationship... how do you get over the hurt and trust someone again?

you don't; it's like everything else in life... learn from it; and make a choice... you subject yourself to the possibility of getting hurt again (very good chance); or make yourself unavailable (happy at times...not so happy at others...)
Either way you have pro's and con's...

Apart from time,just go out for a while and enjoy the single life!When the right person comes along you'll know in your heart you can trust them.

By knowing who I am, and allowing for time to heal the wound and regroup by taking a long trip, and focusing on positive endeavors, as well as forgetting about myself and helping others, thinking about others less fortunate and doing something for them, by doing this, it will remind me of the fact that I am not in any kind of bad situation, and thank God I am so fortunate.

None of my companions ever suspected me that i understand of. despite if one in all my companions did cheat on me. when you consider that I easily have never cheated on a companion, I easily have never had to tutor my innocence. And wager what? I sleep nicely at night.

I hate to say it, but only time. And taking it slow and being upfront with you next partner about your trust issues. If they truly love you, they will understand and work with you.

Time is a great healer....
The hurt dissepates after time, other people wioll come and go and trust will rebuild...it WILL happen, but at your heart timescales instrad of your minds timescales...so it can be frustrating!

everyone will meet this problem,not only you ,but also others.
if you try to believe once bite,never do it again, you will not find the right man who is worthy trusting.so don't worry ,try not care much about it.

WHAT A QUETION!YES I HAVE BEEN CHEATED:KICKED HIS SORRY ASS OUT. WAS HURTING FOR A VERY LONG TIME.AFTER 25 YEARS IT STILL HURTS.i got over it, but now thinking of it:ouch.
