i met a guy with tourettes when i was a bit younger...scared the living **** out of me for the first half hour but then i just started laughing ...

Yes. There are degrees of how Tourettes affects a person. It can be from a simple tic to full blown vocalizations. I knew a guy with it who was a great guy, but boy did he pop out some good ones about once ever 20 seconds. He was treated with Botox and it took all the vocalizations away....so maybe.
The LOL factor of this question is very high tho hehhhe

Maybe.. But i doubt it. I think anyone with Self-Respect and a disability wouldn't run for office in the first place. I'm sure they would be more concerned with getting votes out of pity rather than being discriminated against.
