It has taken me just ten seconds on google putting in "rubber crotchless pants" to bring up the first company on the list selling latex crotchless pants (same thing) online. The site I looked at, tempationsdirect.co.uk were selling them for £10.99. I should imagine there are dozens more such companies that would come up in an internet search.
I assume you want to buy anonymously online? Walking into the High Street would be a bit embarrassing to say the least! If you were that brave, then Ann Summers is probably the place to start, or else some dingy Sex Shop in the back streets of Soho. Don't forget the German websites, as they are heavily into this kind of fetish and are the world leaders in rubber-wear! There's a good place in Berlin I visited which had loads of s**t like that. Britain isn't neally so well stocked!! Thank god for Easyjet and the European Union eh??
