Unless you have money you don't want.....don't! It takes years to make profit in a restaurant. That's why so many fold in the first few years. Been there, done that....and mine was a very popular place. It was just too much. Do your research before going into this business and it will be hard to find a sane person to invest. Sorry....but there are much more rewarding things out there for you to spend your time and money. Take care.
