aw those were the days,i belive granny used to give him thunderbusters???? for being a good boy hehe,i think they should bring him back and worzelgumage and cat weazel

Yeah, I remember Metal Mickey and Fizz Bombs. I can still hear the theme tune in my head.

What a nostalgia trip!

I wouldn't say it was excellent though. I certainly didn't think so at the time. I did like it though, cos it was just daft.

I'm more fond of it now though, just because it evokes childhood memories. I'd like to get it on DVD if it's available.

It was a great programme in its day but I did see a repeat some years ago and it was very dated and not funny.

I would say it was a TV classic for its day.

Mickeys favourite sweet were Atomic Thunderbusters, which were released into the shops as a pink fizzy bon-bon type sweet.

hmmmm alittle dated these days, he appeared in a 100 greatest childrens programme, in the top 30, I think, and he was looking decidedly 80s..... The sweets were automic thunderblasters...... good old days lol
