My ex is working for KBR and the payments are very unpredictable. Take this month, its already the 20th and still nothing has been sent.

They are paid twice a month. If they take a draw against their pay larger than their pay, then they do not receive a check, so no deductions!

Your local Child Support Enforcement Agency should be handling the payments, and based on his pay schedule (every week, every other week, on exact dates, whatever), the payment should come out automatically--no matter WHO he works for. Call the local CSE and have them tell you what's going on.

I know that my fiance's check is deducted every paycheck, and that she gets a check a few days after.

Also, he may not be employed there anymore, which may be why you're not getting any money.
