No way! I would love to think that I could have a gran that could still be so cheeky.
Just because you get old in body doesn't mean your feelings and your spirit have to age with it.

Just hold her hand next time in case she tries to use her hands to demonstrate the size of the big sausage that she forgot the name of.
Anyhow she was just kidding and was testing to see if you had a sense of humour and that you were not ashamed of her. Wily old gal your gran.
People think that as their relatives get older they lose their sense of humour when in fact it becomes more to the front and is often more bizarre.

If it was my Gran no probably not, she was only having a joke with him older people still have a sense of humour, she’s not doing any harm, give the poor woman a break.

When I used to work in a supermarket, the elderely asked the best things! One asked me where I kept my nuts, another asked if we sold vibrators. One made a slightly suspect reference to faggots while another esured me she loved having "something moist and warm inside her first thing in the morning!" (in reference to bread!)
Personally I reckon they do it on purpose!
