Too many people that shouldn't! There should be an application process people have to pass to wear short shorts. ;-)

I DO! I have an obsession with short shorts. My husband has made me change my clothes before I leave the house more than once. I tend to not realize just how short my shorts really are, and if it wasn't for him stopping me, the whole world probably would have seen my butt-cheeks by now.. Not exactly classy...
