Let's make it easy:
1) You'll see several menus on the top of your explorer like File, Edit, etc.. Select Tools.
2) Click on the "Internet Options" menu, which is in the end.
3) You'll see "Delete Cookies" menu. Just click on it and say "OK" to the question which comes just after you click.
4) Click on "OK" button.
5) Close your "Internet Explorer", then open it again.
That's it..

Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools. From the drop down menu, select Internet Options. Internet Options Window will be opened. On the opening page (General) second item is Temporary Internet Files. Under which there is a small window 'Delete Cookies'.Click it and select OK. Your job of deleting cookies is over.

Tools, internet options.. click the delete cookies button..
Deleting cookies or not deleting cookies doesnt mess up your computer, you should once in a while clear them and the temporary internet files just to keep things running smoothly.
Why are you talking with a bunch of z's in your words plzzzzzzz I really hope you dont start writing like that in school, because at one point I used to talk like "u" "ya" etc and I started writing it for reports in school and in essays accidentally. You should always practice english online as well as in school. It's professional to speak clearly and normally and it also makes you look like you know what you are doing and that you aren't some sort of 12 year old trying to get help, you know what I mean?
Anyhow take care, hope my info helped you.

On your start menu, click run type in cookies, this will take you to your cookies. Click on the window, and hit Ctrl and the a button at the same time. Right click on a highlighted file, go down to where it says delete, and click it. A prompt should come up asking if you want to delete all files. Click okay, it won't delete your index file, but it should get rid of all your cookies. The delete cookies command sometimes doesn't get rid of them all.

First off, your friends are wrong. Deleting cookies will not make your computer "get stuck" and "not work". Deleting cookies SHOULD be done. The easiest way to do it if you have IE is to go to tools>internet options>delete cookies (or temporary internet files depending on the version you have). If you use Netscape

The peptic acid generated within the belly aids digestion and breaking down of designated proteins. The belly has an epithelial lining, a protecting membrane that is fairly immune to corrosion by way of those acids, that continually regenerate if a few cells do get corroded. However, in case you bypass foods, or have an dangerous nutrition, or smoke , reactions would purpose acidity which could purpose corrosion and result in ulcer formations.
