how can i burn a dvd? the dvd+r say 4.7 gig or120 mins.?

The file is 695mb or 1 hour and 30 mins. why wont it fit if the dvd+r states above 695mb when it has 4.7 gigs or that 2 hours will fit when 1 hour and 30 mins wont? help please!!!

The number of MB on a CD is more than 695. It is possible you are trying to copy
a Video CD (Divx) . This format is capable of having a whole 1.5hrs movie on a CD. Have alook at your disc.Many DVD players play divx and many computers do as well.
