The formula for area of triangle is:
under root of[s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)] , where a, b, c are sides of the triangle and s is the semi perimenter that is (a + b +c)/2.

The given data is a = 330, b = 270, c = 240
so, s = (330 + 270 + 240)/2
= 840/2
= 420

Therefore, area is: under root of [420(420 - 330)(420 - 270)(420 - 240)]
= under root of [420(90)(150)(180)]
= under root of [1020600000]
= 31946.830828737926629863572774433 square kilometres.

An important theorem in plane geometry, also known as Hero's formula. Given the lengths of the sides , , and and the semiperimeter

(1) a+b+c / 2

of a triangle, Heron's formula gives the area of the triangle as

[s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)]^1/2

semiperimeter=330+270+240 /2-420
area=rt 420*90*150*180 square kilometres
31946 sq.km

Use the Heron's formula,

s = (330 + 270 + 240)/2
s = (840)/2
s = 420

A = √[420 · (420 - 330) · (420 - 270) · (420 - 240)]
A = √[420 · (90) · (150) · (180)]
A = 100√(42 · 9 · 15 · 18)
A = 1800√(21 · 15)
A = 5400√35 km² or
A ≈ 31946.83 km²

the s= (330 + 270 + 240)/2=420

so area = (s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))^.5 = 31946.83

You need to use Hero's (or Heron's) Formula:

To calculate the area of a triangle, given the lengths of the three sides:

A = sqr[s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)] where s = (a+b+c)/2

Use the formula:
A = sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}
where s =semi-perimeter of the triangle = (a + + b + c)/2
and a, b and c are the sides of the triangle
Please do the rest!
