There is a correlation between "ease of use" and "quality of output" when it comes to making games. The best games are written in the hardest languages, the worst games are made in "Game Maker" type software.
I suggest doing a Google search on "free game maker" or something similar - there are lots of things around, all of which will give crappy results. At the end of the day, if you want to be a good game programmer, you need to put in the work. It isn't easy, and it isn't meant to be.

if its easy to use its going to be a really bad game
you either need to learn some not so easy code or not bother making the game
