this is a wierd way, but it works!
Print screen on Word and then paste it on Corel. Double Click on the image to edit it and then remove all other thing except the wordart.
Hope this helps!

Most of Microsoft word art is base on vector graphic, usually wmf format and put in 'Program files\Microsoft office\Media\....' .
try to find the real file in there.
To insert it in Corel Draw, open your corel draw and select 'import', or press ' Ctrl + i ' if i'm not wrong. select file that you want to import.
if you copy from Microsoft Word file directly (Right Click - copy), and you know that WordArt is vector, use 'paste special ' to your Corel Draw, then select 'as windows metafile', 'wmf', or 'emf' . Hope MsWord didn't change it format to bitmap.

copy and paste, I think MS Word art or clip art is saved in vector format is it not (so it is resizable without losing quality?)
If that doesnt work, do a print screen and then paste into MS Paint and save it as a .BMP or .JPG (but you will only have a 72 dpi resolution image, if you want higher for printing purposes, you probably would have to re create the word art in corel draw.
Good luck
