im 41 maybe i have early menaopause.please need your advice.

As pregnancy tests are only 99% accurate, there is a 1% chance of a false reading. Try another test. If it comes back negative too, try getting one of those new menopause tests that works the same as a pregnancy test, but picks up on menopause hormone levels instead. That will tell you if you are menopausal or not. You can get them from a pharmacy. Good luck.
