Faithless, I've looked at your other questions, it seems to me that you are unhappy because you're not well. Illness can be treated. Make an appointment to see your doctor and tell him/her you need someone to help you.
You need, one day, to bring it all out; about the scars, feeling scared, and feeling hopeless. There are people out there who can help you, so that you can enjoy life. Please make a doctor's appointment and let someone help you, NOW!!
Best wishes to you.

Yes your life is yours. But life is precious and society have a right to explore further your motives on making such a decision. Firstly, one must ask whether you are sufferring from clinical depression hence your capacity for making such a decision is marred by mental illness. If this is the case then these suicidal ideas need to be addressed.
You need to explore why you want to die? What factors are making you come to such a decision? I believe that if you have a terminal illness and your condition is steadily worsening and the quality of life is poor then assisted euthanasia should be an option.
However, some will have the notion that it is indeed not your life because all life is God given. Therefore, it is indeed not your life to take. This argument for me wears a bit thin and is one that religious loonies try and put forward constantly.
I have had the priviledge of working in pallative care for sometime and have seen many individuals who are at the end of there life here on earth. Some are wanting to die and some feel that they are being short changed out of life.
I hope this invokes some food for thought.

Wanting to die is one thing, I mean, I know I've had that feeling- actually killing oneself is another thing. Some people see suicide as an act of tremendous bravery, others see it as cowardly or selfish. Certainly it will end all your troubles, but is it fair to leave other people to sort them out for you? Don't forget, more people care than you can possibly imagine, so think about to talking to someone.
In short, I'd say it's okay to want to die, it's a part of being alive, it's just if the feeling doesn't fade after a while, it's worth seeking help. A short course of meds won't hurt you...

Why are u so coward? everybody is swimming in the sea of life. everybody is struggling not to sink. some may have boats, some may not. but everybody is trying on their own. if everybody can, why can't you. it is easy to give up and die. why not try first to live and think later about to die? this is yr life and u are responsible for make it save and good. don't give up. even childeren fr our country are never giving up even they have lost their parents and no body to feed them. see around you and try to get ability to adjust yr life through thick and thin.

Yes, your life is yours. But keep in mind that with each new day there is fresh hope. Death is permanent. Think about the people you love and who love you. Please, talk to a professional or someone you trust who can help you get through this period. Don't give up on life.

even if you do want to die, Im pretty sure there are people who have it alot worse than you.
Everybody has problems, but wanting to die? its a little bit selfish, isn't it?
Try thinking of other people instead of yourself, and maybe seek some help

I pray all the time for death. lost everything, family, home, health, friends. everything, but i take it day by day, I am in so much pain it amazes me.I have taken it this long, but your life is your own. your soul belongs to god in a sense, though you have free will., god loves you. ask gods spirit to come into you, with faith you will amazed how much comfort the spirit can give you. I will pray for you tonight. take care now.call a suicide hot line . call a friend if you have one, tomorrow is another day.try to have hope,
