It is good that you feel upset it shows that you have drive! Don`t let your drive become obsession, your friend won 1 round if you try harder next time you will get back your "A" game!
There is not really any winners or loose rs in life but just people trying, whoever tries hardest on the day is named winner, the secret to success is: never give up! and you will always come out on top!!! Don`t loose a friend over your ambition, just try harder.......

It IS wrong! If you are getting mad after being outscored once, think about how your friend feels not just getting outscored nearly every time, but getting treatedly rudely the one time she does better- as if it was her responsibility to do poorly! Think about how unfair that is!

You are plainly very intelligent. You are not going to lose that. Nobody will care whether you outscored everyone in ten years. They'll just care whether you can do well. But in ten or twenty years, that best friend will be worth her weight in gold, and you'll regret being petty. Who else will speak for you when you're away? There's no reason any person with a good mind should find it impossible to improve their own character.

I suggest you apologize to her - that will make it harder for you to be rude about this in the future. (If you can't do that, at least give some thought to what makes you act rudely to her - what are you so afraid of?) Be confident, live up to your gifts!

Stop stressing yourself over the competition. You have to accept the fact that you cannot remain at the top of the class ALL the time. If you do, you will only be pushing and stressing yourself. Once you are prepared to accept this situation, you will be happier.
I would advise you to stop your rude behaviour towards your best friend and apologise for your rude bahviour, sincerely. Good friends are not easy to come by. Your behaviour is certainly not that of a "best friend".

try channel your energy. instead of getting affected by your friend outscoring you, try to focus more on how to become on top again... and try to remember that you can't be on top all the time...and don't forget that its not about scores all the time,,, its about "learning"

eih you know that you're doing the wrong thing but you still cintinue to do it..i think you're not expecting that she will unscore you and when she did you reacted badly..i think you're being unreasonable..she's your bestfriend and if you let your friendship be destroyed because of a shallow reason i think your friend doesn't deserve you..i think you just need to take it as a challenge and a way that will make your friendship stronger..

You shouldn't let that bother you. Its your best friend. Just get over the fact that she might beat you sometimes. Its normal though. Just really try to be happy for her though. And if it really bothers you...study harder next time i guess.
