All in the places where I don't want them. I am not a gym person. Can anyone reccomend a home exercise plan that works? I have no equpiment, so I am looking for different exercises to target specific areas.

I am particularly concerned with a flabby area around my pubic area, which I have never had before. I am 44 so I suppose this is natural??!!

Hi richard

congratulations on losing weight,...ok when you say flabby bits...are you talking about loose skin?
or
are these flabby bits when you feel it between your fingers you can feel the excess fat?

if its loose skin i dont know what you can really do to tighten that up apart from surgery and looking like frankinstien when
naked.

if it is fat then hun you need to burn those calories with cardio
at least 3 days a week, try running, jogging ,skipping, swimming
these burn alot of fat....have a check up with your doc to check your heart, lungs bloodpressure etc before you start excercise
please do this

also you want to hit your stomach area the abdominals, obliques, erectus spinae,

3D? getting a toned front sides and back areas

1) BACK....DORSAL RAISES
GOOD MORNINGS
you can do these with small weights get a book

2) SIDES...OBLIQUES
SIDE BENDS with dumbell
WAIST TWIST
LYING SIDE BENDS on swiss ball

3) STOMACH..ABDOMINALS
CRUNCHES
CRUNCHES LEG RAISE
CRUNCHE TWIST
OBLIQUE CRUNCHES
THESE ARE JUST A FEW BASIC EXERCISES YOU COULD START WITH Richard start off small say ten reps of each excercise if 10 reps are to much try 5 reps slow and controlled and feel the burn within your muscle fibres..you will sweat doing this...as you get better and better up those reps always IMPROVE HUN
allow 48 HOURS of rest before you repeat the same excercise
big time rule.

may i also suggest that you tone up your muscles all over your body ...by doing this will fill the gaps and loose skin get some weights dumbbells there so cheap ..borrow a book from the libarary, there are some great selection's you'll be spoilt for choice............ ..RICHARD!!
this will not happen over night but with a good healthy diet of LOTS of FRUIT,VEG,MEAT,and your CARBS, LITRES of WATER per day you can acheive the body you want....
LOSING WEIGHT was just the BEGINING
Welcome to the world of looking good and being heathly
good luck & best wishes

Congratulations on your achievement...

That alone is "good enough". Why not take your focus off of yourself for a while and enjoy the weight loss?

44 is young. Give your body a generous amount of time to adjust.

And perhaps avoid mentioning your flabby pubic area on public forums. Really, discrestion is a good thing even in these anonymous forums.

Peace!

sit ups would help to a extent but you would be better going to a gym and they have equipment that will help you move some of it better but you will never get rid of it all im afraid
but very well done for losing the weight!!
