Monday... Then you dont wreck the weekend and because you have a full week then to look for another job!!!
Not only that but like everyone else says a week to get your anger out on the workplace.. if this means accidentaly pressing the delete button on main files then ooooooops mi bad...
Although buying prawns and leaving them in drawers and places that people dont often look really does leave a bad smell in the air long after you've left.... very effective at making you feel better i must admitt...

On the Monday after Ive won the lottery and was just about to tell them where to shove their job. But as they got in there first i get redundancy money too yippee lol

Good question!!
Id rather be told on a Mon morning as I would like the news to spoil my week end (I love my weekends). Plus Id rather have the week days to start looking for a new job, get my cv together, contact people for references and so on ( Im a bit of a planner).

Monday so that I'd have a week to "collect" as many souvenirs as possible i.e my computer - if I'm redundant so's the computer - stationary, tools, etc.
