I think they're called somthing like 'grip socks' or 'slipper socks'
I use to get a pair for christmas every year! trippy how they grip the floors...it's fun running down the hallway then going for a slide, i recommend dress socks, nice smooth, slick fabric :o)

just make sure you do buy the ones with the grips. I tried on a pair of big wooly bedsocks once when I was heavily pregnant and then walked into the hallway (I have wooden floors) and bang! slipped and fell down and took ages to get back up. I felt like such an idiot!!

They are called slipper socks and you can get them in lots of shops, they have them in Primark for a £1 a pair...

if there like the ones that baby's wear when their learning to walk, their called grip socks here in australia they are like so awesome, you should be able to buy them from any clothes store that stock underwear and stuff..

slipper socks - there are millions of them on ebay (new ones, not smelly second hand ones). Totes is a brand name.
