Are you sure that you have uninstalled it? Go to add/remove soft in the control panel. If you dont find it there use an Uninstaller like http://quality-shareware.com/keywords/uninstall.asp

Well if you had uninstall it from the remove program in your control panel, then maybe it is because you haven't remove the balance of the folder yet. Just go to your program file and see whether there is any adobe associate folder remain there. You just have to manually remove it from there. Once your drive is clear from any acrobat related folder then you can start installing it back.

If add/remove control panel won't work us Regalyzer from www.spybot.info and delete the directory where the adobe registry entities are.

You can find abode reader in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader if not you need to download from www.adobe.com

Adobe Acrobat should be located in Macintosh HD/Applications. That was easy. ;-)
