Is your husbant wearing tight jeans and underwear? If so - ask him to wear loose slackers and boxers. See if that helps. It helped my friends to conceive 2 babies.

Take a nice relaxing vacation and may be don't try so hard.

Well the issue of conceiving is a very complex one. There are lots of reasons that could make a woman not conceive ranging from medical to psychological and even spiritual reasons.Medically you have to stay with your husband full time for at least nine to twelve months having sex at least 3 times a week without conceiving before you complain. It could be from you maybe there is a medical problem i advice you go to the hospital and have your doctors do some tests and it could also be from your husband. Most couples don't usually think the man can have problems but a lot of times the men are the cause.Have your husband examined too. Both of you should try to avoid drinking and smoking and certain drugs might prevent conception make sure you tell your doctor of any drug you are on.Try having sex at least 3 times a week and try to know when you are ovulating and have sex then too cos that's when you are most fertile.
Some times how ever you and your hubby are ok.You are simply too anxious for a baby and psychologically this affects your system with out you knowing it.Try to relax(I know it's not easy) and take your mind of it.All my pregnancies have always come when i didn't expect or believe it will come and when i try too hard and want it so bad it refuses to come.
Also just pray and wait for God to give you a healthy child at the right time.I will pray for you too I wish you good luck.

If you've been truly trying to conceive for more than one year without success, you are considered medically infertile.

You should speak to your doctor and have tests done, because 5 years of serious trying indicates that something is medically wrong with at least one of you.

I was very fertile my whole life, and then I lost a bunch of weight, and, now we can't conceive. I know how frustrating this must be for you, but I can honestly say, that you should not wait in going to the doctor. The sooner you find out what the problem is, the greater your chance of conceiving.

There are so many people who have had problems conceiving a child and they used so many different methods to finally get pregnant.
My brother and his wife were trying so hard that I think it became a stressful situation rather than a relaxed loving environment. The family went on vacation to Disneyland and they were able to relax and take a break from "trying" and things happened naturally and I believe she conceived during that trip.
There are marvelous medical ways to help couples conceive, but it seems that these methods cause too much stress on the couple and their families....I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time and some people are VERY fortunate to get pregnant quickly when using methods that doctors recommend.

Do some research on some natural approaches. Have fun makin' love to your sweetie and nature will take it's course.

And if you end up not conceiving at all, hopefully the experience will have brought you and your sweetie so much closer together and you can remember all the fun things you tried, when you were "trying".

Go see a good gynec who will examine the both of you and refer to a fertility clinic if necessary - usually it is something very small which can be fixed easily. Don't worry too much - there is a cure for everything now a days. Science is a miracle worker...

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

go to your doctor and have him give you some tests. If the problem is your husband then the doctor will give him tests too. Maybe you are on the pill, that will change things with regard to conceiving.
