Can you help me ? My ancestors immigrated to Argentina around 1945-1950 from Czech Republic...can I?

track them down some how ? You know, are there any immigration websites of Argentina ?
Their surnames were Masek, from Pilsen, Czech Rep., they went to San Rafael, I believe, I would like to find out if they had children and where they live in Argentina etc... Thank you very much
