If you go to the read me section when you click start , all programs and find EA GAmes go to the expansion and find read me, read it it will give you all the cheats or
after hitting ctrl+shift+c at the same time type in help.

Actually, I'm not quite sure. The best place to research and ask questions regarding The Sims and The Sims 2 is at The Sims Resource. It has very knowledgeable forums and has plenty of tips and tricks. There is also a stickied thread in their The Sims 2 General forum that gives a complete list of cheats.
