On average what city in orange county has the lowest median rent for one bedroom apartments?

My company does real estate rentals/sales/anything in Orange County Ca. as someone stated, you're looking for Santa Ana/Tustin area for cheap places.

I live in Irvine and you'll be lucky if you find anything less than $1200/mo. However, as one person pointed out, craigslist.org and westsiderentals.com are great resources.

be careful of components in Northern Orange County reason there are some rather undesirable (ghetto) components. i could advise going on the Orange County Craigslist and go searching on there.

If Ca, I would try Irvine...and maybe look at Craigslist.org. I found rented two apartments I was really satisfied with thru them.

Cheapest try Santa Anna, look close to 17th street. I sure you can find a nice cheep dump with mariachi music blasting away.
