What you have now really is contractions and this i guess may be coming like one in 30 minutes. I will advise you to get your things ready and be ready to get to the clinic as soon as you start having regular contractions. When it comes, it comes like 1 in 10minutes. don't wait for it to get too tight before you go in. I wish you luck your baby is on the way!

Depends. It could be false labor.
If you use a stop watch to measure the timing of your contractions, the contractions will gradually get closer and closer together. If they're erratic--then it may be false labor. Also time how long the contractions are. True contractions will last 30 second or more. if they're shorter than that, its likeyl false labor.
Another indicator is location. Real labor contractions can be fletin the upper abdomen, lower back, and radiate outwards. false ones are most often felt in the lower abdomen/groin area.
If you move around a little, and it seems to ease the pain, that's another good sign that it's false labor.

If you are still on the computer, turn it off, pack your things, call your husband and your doctor and go to the hospital. Good luck - I am sure you'll have a beautiful baby soon.

WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE A BLOODY SHOW OR UNTIL YOUR WATER BREAKS OR THE CONTRACTIONS A FIVE MINUTES APART.
ANYTHING MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES APART THE HOSPITAL WILL SEND YOU BACK HOME TO LABOR AND CONTRACT!
GOOD LUCK
