I cant go to the loo for long calls coz its too painful and its making me feel so uncomfortable. I really need some help on wat I can do coz ive tried a cream but its not working.
I came from Africa and there its warm but here its cold and thats why I got them but now i want to get rid of them. Please help me I want to be myself again.

If Prep H or some other cream is not working, you probably have to get in to see a doctor - they may be worse than something that an OTC cream or medication would work on. Have you tried Tylenol or some OTC NSAID to relieve swelling (Advil, etc?).
Some require surgical procedures to remove them I guess but I don't know anything else about them - never had any myself.

First of all, you don't get *hemorrhoids* from the weather. Hemorrhoids are usually cause by constipation and/or straining during bowel movements. Many women also get hemorrhoids after child birth. One of the best things you can do for hemorrhoids is to apply ice as often as possible, for as long as you can tolerate it. And I mean AS LONG and AS OFTEN as possible! If you start before you've had them for a long time, your chances are good that they will go away completely.

Return to Africa might help, what the heck do you want to be in Germany for...it can't be a nice place.
