My husband left me and I had to beg him to come back. Even though he knew how bad I was hurting it took him 3 days to make up his mind. I feel super insecure and he is the type of person who doesnt say what is bothering him. He just takes things as he sees them and that is that. I didnt realize what love meant until him. We have been together 5 years today. I just need him to love me as much as I do him. But alot of things he does that are not right he really either feels they are ok to do or he just doesnt care how it effects me. I need security and his love and understanding. How do I get that?

you have ideas on what will make you happy yet continue with a man who cannot do that for you,,he doesnt give you peace of mind with regards your relationship,,he tries nothing to dispell your insecurities,he isnt the man you want him to be but you are still looking for ways to turn this man into who you want,,it will never happen,,you can tweak,yes,,but change,,,no,,he is who he is and if after you begging him back you still want him to change,,,,whats the point,,you may love him but what does it matter if all you get is hurt,,try to move onto someone more suited to you and you will find it less of a struggle trying to make him fit.you cant 'get' someone to love you,,they have to just love you for no other reason than they just do,dont waste any more of your emotions on someone who obviously doesnt reciprocate your feelings

Give hime the boot. It will be hard for you at first but you will live on and wont regret it later. You dont need to be treated the way you do. Plenty of men out there that will treat you right. Whats this guy got thats so special to you? if its the length of the relationship then thats not a good enough reason to stay with him. So what if hes been you for 20 years or 5 years it doesnt matter. If hes been treating you like crap for the last two years then , im sorry but its his loss . SIMPLE! Its not enough you kick him out for a few days or a few months , if you kick him out kick him out for good. Then once your sores have healed you WILL meet a man th will treat you right whether you are 25, 55 orr 95 five its a matter of pure numbers there are more people out there that will treat you right rather than the scum you live with that treats you bad.

it sounds like he is playing games....come on 3 days? if you are trying to get "it" from him after all this time, he may not be able to or want too...but you should sit down and tell him what you need...
