My favorite dessert is chocolate eclairs. The best ones are made in Two Rivers, Wisconsin at what used to be the Red Owl grocery store and now is a Save-Way. They don't use chocolate frosting--they melt real chocolate on the top. The inside is thick rich custard. The shells are light and crusty.

I eat some when I go visit my brother. I would share with anyone. They are only 75 cents each.
