Yes, you can have a variety of different skin ailments on the genital region. Some that aren't wart, but may present as such to the untrained eye, are very common. Clogged sebaceous glands, and ingrown hairs are the most common. You might actually be surprised at how large either one of those can get. The truth of it is, there is only one way to know for sure what a lump in that region is, and that is to get an exam. Go to your doctor, or your local Planned Parenthood clinic.

You can get a normal growth down there but it would be worth having a doc check it out sooner rather than later.

If it is genital warts it will spread like wild fire and can make a real mess of things if left untreated. For pics do a search on yahoo for genital warts then select images above the search box. Its pretty disturbing.

While theoretically possible, a wart in the genital area is generally considered a genital wart of the sexually transmitted variety and treated as such.

I think warts in your genital region are all called gential warts.
