On Internet Explorer (old version 6, new version 7 now), you will see that you have options - On the toolbar, go to View and Text Size to change the size (ranges from smallest to largest). If you can't find that, you can always right click anywhere on the address bar or click on the >> if you have Internet Explorer 6 or below and you will see AAA that denotes the size. That should work as well.

==============================================
It depents on which Browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox)

First of all you need to close all open Browser windows, otherwise you'll get the problem again and again

For Internet Explorer:
Click the menu "View" then select "Text size"
then click "Medium" from the submenu

For Mozilla Firefox:
Click the Menu "View" then select "Text size"
then click "Normal" from the submenu (Shortcut is Control + 0)

If you are using other browser, It should be located under some menu, please find it.

View -> Text Size -> Increase/Normal/Decrease
Ctrl++ (hold the control key and hit the plus key) makes the text larger.
Ctrl+- (hold the control key and hit the minus key) makes the text smaller.
Ctrl+0 (hold the control key and hit zero) makes the text normal size.
Ctrl+scroll mouse wheel
