Ordinarily, the same place babies who are bottle-fed get theirs - from formula that is specially made to provide optimum nutrition for babies.
Just a couple of weeks ago, though, ABC News had a piece on about how some women in South Africa began to donate breast milk to orphanages. Somehow some woman in Missouri heard about the need, got a bunch of women to donate, and DSL ( I think it was) shipped the milk to South Africa free of charge. Now the women are putting together a "milk run" to get money to keep this type of program going. The babies in the orphanages develop better immune systems after being so starved they had been beyond even crying.
Just a note: Bottle-fed babies can be healthy, intelligent, just the right weight and very emotionally well adjusted.

theres this stuff that scientists developed a long time ago called formula. its imitation breast milk.... My guess would be that the orphanage buys this "formula" and feeds it to the babies. I mean mothers who decide not to breast feed use this stuff, so why not an orphanage???

The orphanages use the same type formula that any mother who is not breast-feeding uses.

Well, there's cows' milk, and goats' milk.
But, realistically, they're probably being fed formula.
