Did bicep curls, reasonalable weight (nothing over the top). Intially felt just like worked out good, then over a day the pain in arm is increasing to a really painfull ache. Can't straighten arm, bicep and muscles in lower arms ache- Hurts mainly in front of Elbow. Can't put weight on it, no swelling, no bruising. Pain moving to hand
What could it be?

you over did it.
give it couple days.

you are lifting wrong---work it ever other day on specific body parts,, and do other exercises in bwt days.

don't work out same each day.

You could have either torn a muscle or sprained it. I'd go get it looked at if it worsens any more. Especially, doing bicep curls there is a possiblity of straining your wrist or pulling a ligament. Ihate that it hurts!!

You might have sprained your elbow. I once played soccer and i stepped on the ball and fell but i used my hand to break the fall causing the sprain.It would still be best if you visit a doctor. Hope your arms heals soon

The pain is usually worse the second day after an injury. It should lesson after that. If not or if it just doesn't feel right, it is probably best to get it checked out.

that's completely popular. in case you havent worked out in a on an identical time as you will sense this discomfort. rather on the 2d day. attempt doing easy exercises on that arm to artwork the muscle and help stretch it. stretching helps relieve discomfort.

Possible serious Injury - go to a doctor to see if you need surgery or other treatment other than rest.
