Someone died in your life and you're (sub consciously) wondering why you've 'survived'

As far as I'm aware, dreaming of being in a moving vehicle (car, bus) represents your journey through life. Being in a moving vehicle that you have no control over would suggest that during your waking life you are in a some sort of situation that you have no control over. In addition to this, the car/bus crashing and you managing to escape would suggest that you see an end to this situation, or circumstance, and that you will be able to 'escape' the end results.
This is only my opinion so it could be wrong. My advice would be to look at what you do during your waking life and try to identify where you feel you should have control over your own life, but don't.
Good Luck.

This is not pleasant, but it is a good sign. You always escape.
Could it be that you are in an uncomfortable situation? A job that does not suit you? A relationship that is keeping you from your goals? You are on a bus, so you can not steer. You are heading the wrong way. But you escape.
I do not know exactly what. But it seems you should make a move and get control over the situation. You can not save the whole situation (the company? the relationship? the relation with your family?), but you can save yourself. It will be for the better.
Good luck with your decision and choose for yourself

Is there any chance you spend a lot of time in a car or drive recklessly (and kind of have it in the back of your mind that an accident could happen)? Are you living in a way that is unhealthy or risky, and you have that in the back of your mind? Have you seen some movie with some kind of crash in it that had particular impact on you? Is there a sound your car may be making that is making you worry about, say, the brakes failing or the wheel falling off? Do you feel like your life is a disaster? Do you feel like its a miracle you're "as good as you are" after some kind of life disaster? Is there something you've been thinking about or feeling that makes you feel you're invincible even in the face of a crash? (Are you, by any chance, eating something like Nachos and coffee before you go to bed?) Are you in some situation that makes you feel like someone else is "driving" your life? What about a situation that feels like its kind of a disaster and will "explode" if you don't do something?
That's all I have as far as ideas go..

Over the past 18 months, I have had very similar dreams to yours'. Always, I am in some kind of danger (being chased by muggers, about to fall down a ravine, about to be sucked into a whirlpool etc) but always wake up at just the moment I am in the greatest danger.
I think you are probably worrying about something, or have a particular fear about something, but this is your deeper mind (subconscience, inner wisdom) telling you that you have NO NEED TO FEAR. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. Hence, you keep surviving.

Hi.
I cannot answer your question as to why, but I get it to.
For about the last 20 years, my last waking thoughts as I fall into sleep have been violent.
They have varied between car crashes and planes landing on my house, to myself being stabbed or shot.
I always die in these 'dreams', but never straight away, and someone always dies before me, but never anyone I know.
I worried about this for a long time (the dreams that is), but none of them have happened.
I believe something is bothering me, but after all this time I'm still none the wiser as to what it is.
Are there more ppl like us?

Perhaps your mind is asserting itself as a survivor, or perhaps you are involved in something you secretly know to be a disaster and wish to bail, because you seem to be capable to walk away from it. Good luck, either way, scary dream.

It means you are tremendously lucky and you should now get the registration numbers off these vehicles and try them on the National Lottery.....of course I claim 10% of your winnings for such valuable advice.

Might mean you are getting ready for a big change of some kind in your life--that is what my mom always told me that dying in a dream meant...

your sub conscience is trying to tell you something. Honestly even though your dreams are scary, most likely what they are trying to tell you is something good. in a search engine try typing in dreams and find a site that will tell you what your dreams mean.
hope this helps
