I eat ice cream regularly, but not to relieve headaches. For that, I use either Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or asprin. If those don't work after 2 hours, I take more. Relaxation techniques are helpful, also.

The only way I have been able to get rid of headaches has been to take my allergy medicine and use my nasal sprays.

Stop eating anything with chocolate in it, and don't drink anything with caffeine, and you just might never get the headache in the first place.
