It's because of the war people are making babys. All the soldiers coming home for there 2 week rest and relaxation after not seeing their wife's for months, and knowing they wont see them for months after wards, as well as one year being separated can get you a little in the mood. I know that's what happened with me and my husband as well as about 75 % of all the women whose husbands are stationed where we were.
