I think you can only turn it on or off. But if a player gets seriously injured so they are out for the season or they totally suck all of a sudden, the people at yahoo will eventually take them off the cant cut list, if that's what you're worried about.

Yes go to LM Tools! There is a option int here to do just that! But if I were you I would only do it on a case by case basis. In other words only if the guy is out for the season! Otherwise people will drop the cannot cut guys that suck!!

If your in the middle of the year I don't think you can change that but if you can go to Commissioner Tools at the top of the league page and go to edit league setting and it will say can't cut list provider and you would do none or yahoo sports!

No. yahoo decides and updates the CCl.It keeps AH'S and players who are out of playoff contention from dumping players especially during playoff time.
